UPDATE

With the COVID-19 Pandemic and the subsequent declaration of the Recovery Movement Control Order by the Malaysian Government, our studio is now opened for classes with certain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in place. Kindly refer to the guidelines.

Children’s Taekwondo Classes

For children, we find that Taekwondo is great for physical and mental development. The martial art also has competitive elements that can be expanded all the way to the Olympics. (Taekwondo is practiced worldwide and is an official medal sport in the modern Olympics)

Children’s Junior Classes (Age 7 to 15)
Beginner up to Green Belt
Day: Saturdays*
Time: 10:15 – 11:15am

Time: 11:30am – 12:30pm

Day: Wednesdays*
Time: 4:00 – 5:00pm

Children’s Senior Classes (Age 7 to 15)
Blue Belt up to Red Belt
Day: Saturdays*
Time: 9am – 10am

Adults & Teens Martial Arts Classes

Based on Taekwondo, and other forms of martial arts, the adults martial arts classes are focused on striking and some take-downs. Here we learn and train for self-defence, fitness and having a great time!

Adults Martial Arts (16 and above)
Build hand-to-hand combat skills through punching and kicking, with some joint locks and takedowns.
Day: Wednesdays**
Time: 7:00pm – 8:00pm
