The trial class will introduce students to the basics of biomechanics involved in striking techniques, and important values associated with the practice of martial arts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The details are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Date: Saturday, 28th September 2019<\/li><li>Time: 10am \u2013 11am<\/li><li>Venue: Activkix Martial Arts studio<br>15-3, Jalan Sri Hartamas 7, Taman Sri Hartamas<br> Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia<\/li><li>All age groups.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For your trial class, please take note of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Wear comfortable exercise clothing<\/li><li>Bring sufficient water to drink<\/li><li>Come earlier to get ready<\/li><li>We train barefooted in the dojang<\/li><li>The studio is a non-smoking gym<\/li><li>Parents can wait for children or join in. The waiting area is outside the dojang. We have magazines and books to read.
